Ashanti Shequoiya Douglas, also referred to as Ashanti, was born on October 13, 1980 on the 13th of October, 1980 in Glen Cove New York United States. Hey Baby (After The Club) hit radios and digital platforms on the 16th of October. She played Latasha in Army Wives and starred in the movie Christmas in the City.
